However, because the majority of our warehouses are Ukraine-based, our shipping and handling times can vary and we are therefore unable to offer next day delivery.

Processing time: As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately dispatch your order to our suppliers for order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging which can take an additional 1-2 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

Return Policy	- Within 15 days of receiving the product contact us dayana.ukr@gmail.com with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement. - Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, and all items in the package must be intact. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for all fees incurred, and no refund will be issued. - The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Exchange Wrong Size	If the size did not suit you and you want to exchange it. Or you want to change to another dress. Contact us and we will send you all the exchange instructions and provide you with a shipping address where you need to send the dress.
How to Make Your Return	① Email us: dayana.ukr@gmail.com, attach your order number and pictures or videos of your problem(s). ② Tell us the reason for your return or describe the issue accordingly. ③ We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information. ④ If Approved, we will refund or resend the item, you may also be asked to return the product. Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your returns. We'll email you once we have processed your refund.
Kind Reminder Before Returning	- Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. - Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored. Please be sure to contact us before returning. - Please ensure that the item(s) you are returning matches your return request. Do not include additional item(s) not listed.
Fast Refund	- Send the returned purchase in its original packaging with product tag back to our return center.
