Return Policy	- Within 15 days of receiving the product contact us dayana.ukr@gmail.com with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement. - Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, and all items in the package must be intact. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for all fees incurred, and no refund will be issued. - The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Exchange Wrong Size	If the size did not suit you and you want to exchange it. Or you want to change to another dress. Contact us and we will send you all the exchange instructions and provide you with a shipping address where you need to send the dress.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your returns. We'll email you once we have processed your refund.
Kind Reminder Before Returning	- Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. - Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored.
